I bring both professional training and lived perspective to my work, allowing me to understand the nuances of navigating healthcare and social systems as a member/ally of the LGBTQ+ community. I approach care through an intersectional lens, acknowledging how race, gender, sexuality, and socioeconomic status impact mental health and well-being. Trained through Capella University’s rigorous social work program, my practice is deeply rooted in social justice, anti-oppressive frameworks, and the person-in-environment perspective. I strive to build a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, validated, and empowered throughout their care journey.
