Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy or stuck, understand what might be getting in your way, and create practical, manageable steps to help you move forward.
If past trauma is affecting your present, I’m trained in EMDR and can help you gently process those experiences so you can feel more grounded, relieved, and in control. I’ve walked alongside clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, major life transitions, and many other difficulties.
Most of all, I want you to feel safe, respected, and affirmed when you’re with me. My practice is LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex positive, and kink allied. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, and together we’ll work toward building the life and inner peace you deserve.
