Hello! I am a queer, trans, AuDHD, and chronically ill therapist that serves LGBTQIA+, Neurodivergent, minority, and low SES populations with CPTSD, eating disorders (I specialize in ARFID), gender affirmative care, chronic health conditions and chronic pain and dissociative disorders. I work to connect mind and body using somatic and IFS therapy techniques and incorporation of expressive arts and bilateral eye movement to help facilitate healing.
