Christina specializes in health and wellness—recognizing that stress management is a crucial skill that we all need. Common stress responses include exhaustion/fatigue, depression, and anxiety. Further, life often trips us up with unexpected stressors—including grief and loss (including pet loss), significant life transitions, and trauma.
By utilizing an eclectic, integrative and holistic approach—including psychodrama, art therapy, movement, guided visualization, EFT (Tapping), and mindfulness—I provide clients with a series of resources to help manage and transform worry and stress to self-care, self-love, and wellness.
“I love serving anyone who is ready to feel better—and is ready to do a little bit of work to change habits. “
My approach is eclectic; however, the cornerstone of my work is client-centered—to build on your strengths, needs, and values. Further, we will examine how your past experiences and relationships—including the one you have with yourself—impacts your current patterns and concerns.
My clients are primarily women and adolescents who try to do it all. In attempting to please everyone, they often neglect themselves. By returning to self-care and learning to maintain boundaries, they slowly start to feel better and better.
I help individuals see how by taking care of themselves, they can show up for everyone and everything else in their world that they care about—from their pets to their family to their work and school to their friends and other commitments.
We all feel better when we all feel better.
My biggest “Thank you!”s have come from working with individuals on prioritizing self-care. It is the foundation to better health—and includes better boundary setting and daily self-care.
I help people who long to feel better—but simply don’t have a clear path to do so—or simply fear the repercussions of saying no or disappointing someone.
My clients ultimately are looking for better balance in their lives. I provide a road map to better self-care, which leads to better health. We all need support, sometimes. I love giving my clients the self-care tools to help them live their best lives. Once they learn these tools, the roadblocks start to disappear, and anything feels possible.
I know from my own path to wellness, and in my extensive work with adolescents, that there are times when we all need a little validation and extra support—and that it’s okay to say no—and it’s okay to rest. In recent years, everybody’s stress levels have ratcheted up a bit. And we all benefit by taking time for radical self-care. I will teach you a myriad number of ways to decompress, ground, reflect, and self-regulate your emotions so that you can feel freer, lighter, and more energized.
Remember—you are amazing, you are beautiful, and the world needs your special light and love.
I am a proud dog owner—and an aficionado of great food, beautiful outdoor spaces, and radical self-care.
I believe we create the positive change to which we commit—and that your commitment to better self-care impacts the world in a myriad number of positive ways—and this small change you make for yourself helps shape and shift the world into a better one. That’s why I I hope you make the commitment to a better you today.
