My vibe is like “bestie on FaceTime” except the bestie is actually mental health professional who can actually help you with goals. I primarily work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks navigating identity and a neurotypical world, eldest daughters looking to finally put themselves first, complex trauma (CPTSD), and life transitions. Whether you’re untangling childhood wounds, exploring your gender, sexuality, or neurodivergence, or feeling out of sync in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind—therapy can be a space to slow down, feel grounded, and begin healing.
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Gender and Women’s Studies and Psychology at the University of Wyoming, and then went on to California State University Fullerton where I received my Master of Science in Counseling (Marriage and Family Therapy). While getting my masters, I did my clinical training at the LGBTQ Center OC and founded the Neuroqueer group therapy program, a group therapy program for neurodivergent and queer adults.
I’m a relational therapist, which means I focus on building a connection between us and use that as a core part of therapy. I’m person centered, which means you’re the boss! But don’t worry, I’ll still call you out and tell you how it is (nicely, of course). I incorporate parts work and feminist therapy into my work as well.
No matter where you are with your mental health, I’m ready to offer you a helping hand and listening ear. Healing and growing are ongoing journeys, I’d love to walk along side you through yours.
