My name is Cory Lewkowicz (pronouns she/her/hers), and my primary focus is working with individuals who are LGBTQIA+. I work with adolescents and adults, providing individual psychotherapy and writing letters in support of Gender Affirming Surgery (GAS). My primary orientation is psychodynamic, although I draw on other forms of therapy (e.g., CBT) to best meet client needs. In terms of my practice, I take BCBS and private pay. However, I do not charge for writing letters for GAS. I firmly believe psychologists should not be serving in the role of gatekeepers for GAS, and believe that writing the letters pro bono is my way of giving to the community by not providing artificial financial barriers. I belong to WPATH, the American Psychological Association, the American Psychological Society, the Massachusetts Psychological Association, and the Maryland Psychological Association. I am licensed in both MA and MD, and am solely providing teletherapy at this time.
