I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who specializes in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. I have 18 years of experience, including direct care for clients within the LGBTQ+ community. I am an ally of the community, have both friends and family members in the community, and have been a longtime supporter of a local nonprofit that helps LGBTQ+ youth/adults experiencing homelessness in Arkansas.
I am aware of the power and privilege I experience as a straight, cisgender, white female. I am committed to helping my clients advocate for themselves and identify their strengths.
