Hi, I’m Courtney, and gender-affirming voice therapy is my passion.

At Clarity Speech and Voice Therapy, I work exclusively with transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse adults to help them develop voices that feel authentic, embodied, and aligned with their gender identities. Whether you’re just beginning your voice journey or refining a specific vocal presentation, I offer personalized, evidence-based support in a compassionate, affirming space.

My services include voice feminization, voice masculinization, and androgynization, as well as gender-aligned singing voice training. I guide clients through voice work involving pitch, resonance, articulation, breath control, and vocal presence—all rooted in clinical expertise and an understanding of voice as a deeply personal and expressive part of identity.

I’m a licensed speech-language pathologist in Texas, California, New York, Massachusetts, Colorado, and Illinois, and I offer gender-affirming voice therapy through secure telehealth across all six states.

I’ve completed training in trans voice modification, voice feminization, and vocal wellness for gender-diverse populations. I also regularly attend gender-affirming voice conferences and clinical workshops to stay current in best practices and deepen my understanding of both the research and lived experience behind this work.

Clients frequently share that our sessions helped them understand their voice in ways they never thought possible. They describe feeling seen, supported, and empowered, and often report emotional breakthroughs, stronger vocal confidence, and gender congruence in everyday life. Many clients say they no longer feel anxious speaking on the phone or in public, and that their voices finally match the way they see themselves.

My approach is trauma-informed, client-led, and rooted in trust. I believe every voice journey is unique, and I’m committed to helping each client develop a voice that truly feels like their own—through education, experimentation, and compassionate guidance.
