Dr. Craig S. Levoy, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and is an HIV Specialist, as awarded by the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
Dr. Levoy received his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He then continued his internship and residency training at Bayfront Health, St. Petersburg, where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Levoy’s clinical interests include LGBTQ+ health, HIV medicine, Hepatitis B & C treatment, hormone affirming therapy, PrEP/nPEP. He is a full-spectrum family medicine physician providing primary preventative care for adults, pediatrics (all ages), and chronic care management, including diabetes, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, high cholesterol, and cardiac disease. He has treated and managed a diverse range of medical dysfunctions and is committed to providing the best medical care available in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Dr. Levoy also serves as the Chief Medical Officer of the Community Quality Alliance, a clinically integrated network (CIN), affiliated with the Northwest Health System.
Dr. Levoy is an amazing physician. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He’s the first physician I’ve had where I felt “a safe space had been created” to be honest about my sexuality. I really appreciate that 🙂.
