As an existential and relational psychotherapist, I support LGBTQ+ individuals in navigating the complexities of identity, intimacy, belonging, and meaning. My practice is rooted in the belief that our deepest struggles—whether around self-worth, relational ruptures, or internalized shame—are not pathologies to be fixed, but invitations to reflect, reconnect, and reclaim agency in our lives.
I bring a deep awareness of the emotional, social, and existential weight that can accompany queerness in a world that often misunderstands or marginalizes it. My work is affirming, nonjudgmental, and guided by a commitment to dignity, nuance, and truth-telling.
Trained in existential psychotherapy and relational psychotherapy, I specialize in helping clients explore identity, gender, sexuality, relationship patterns, and the meaning-making processes that shape their emotional landscapes. I have completed advanced LGBTQ+ clinical training including CEUs in LGBTQ+ mental health, trauma-informed care for queer and trans clients, and relational work with non-monogamous and polyamorous systems. I actively engage in ongoing education to better support trans and nonbinary clients.
My work often draws clients who feel like they don’t quite fit the mold—sensitive overthinkers, artists, activists, spiritual seekers, and those who have outgrown old narratives and are ready to reimagine their lives with more clarity and self-compassion. Many of my LGBTQ+ clients come to therapy feeling stuck between inherited expectations and an inner truth that’s struggling to breathe. Together, we explore that tension and work toward greater congruence, freedom, and connection.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer support to LGBTQ+ caregivers, emerging adults, and those in identity-based transitions. I welcome all expressions of queerness and provide a reflective, creative space where your whole self is not only accepted but deeply respected.
