I reverse, prevent, and treat chronic diseases as well as do weight management by using a combination of conventional medicine with an emphasis on lifestyle modifications, including a micro-nutrient rich whole food plant based diet as well as fitness, sleep and stress management. In the first visit, we do a very thorough history, including medical, dietary, social history and sexual history. As well as a body analysis scale, including height, weight, body mass index, but also fat, fat percent, muscle mass and total body water. And then, we write a script for labs, including nutrient levels and inflammatory markers. And each visit is an hour. The second visit we go over the lab results and talk about lifestyle modifications- why it’s important and what it is specifically for you as well as review your supplements and medications.
