I’m a queer-affirming, fat-positive therapist providing online therapy for LGBTQ+ adults and gender-expansive folks across California. My work centers body liberation, belonging, and recovery from diet culture and internalized shame. I have advanced training in trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, and I’m a Certified Body Trust® Specialist.
I integrate Health at Every Size® and liberation psychology frameworks to support clients navigating body image, identity development, and the impact of systemic oppression. I am committed to creating a space where all bodies and identities are respected, where gender diversity is celebrated, and where authenticity is met with compassion. My practice affirms LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and fat community members, and my goal is to help clients feel safe, seen, and at home in their bodies.
