I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth psychiatric care to adults throughout Texas. I have more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including more than a decade as a nurse practitioner, and provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and comprehensive adult autism evaluations.

My practice, Zenses Health and Wellness, is intentionally LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent inclusive. I believe psychiatric care should be a place where people can speak openly about who they are, their relationships, their experiences, and the concerns that brought them to care without judgment or assumptions. I approach each person as an individual rather than defining them by a diagnosis, identity, or label.

I commonly work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, stress, burnout, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, practical, and education-focused. When medication is appropriate, I want patients to understand their options, expected benefits, potential risks, and alternatives so they can participate meaningfully in treatment decisions.

I also provide adult autism evaluations with particular attention to people whose neurodivergence may have been overlooked or misunderstood earlier in life. My goal is to provide an evaluation experience that is respectful, thorough, and focused on understanding the whole person rather than simply assigning a label.
