You’re not here to settle for fine. You want more: more comfort in your body, more joy in your gender, more connection to the kind of sex and intimacy that actually satisfies. Maybe you’re coming out later in life, deepening into transition, or rediscovering pleasure after burnout, trauma, or disconnection. I bring deep knowledge, creative tools, and body-based approaches to help you shift from “fine, I guess” to “damn, this feels good.”
I’m Ezra Cake (they/them), a queer, trans, neurodivergent Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade in private practice. I specialize in sex and gender affirming therapy for sexual, erotic, and gender-diverse people—including those in non-traditional relationships. My work blends somatic, relational, experiential, feminist, and anti-oppressive approaches to help you build a more connected, pleasurable, and self-trusting relationship with your body, gender, and sexuality.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and alive to complexity. We’ll slow down, feel what’s real, and follow what matters. You’ll be welcomed in your full humanity—and invited into deeper connection, clarity, and self-trust.
I offer online therapy across Ontario. For training, certifications, and more about my approach, visit www.ezracake.com
