Dr. Chien smiles a lot. Just really glad he’s there. He is able to simplify things so I can understand what he is talking about. He is not afraid to clarify issues and concerns. And the fact he looks like he takes care of himself and is pretty chill is a refreshing break from my experience with other physicians and NPs in the city.
