I have been a patient of Dr. Ramineni for over a year. When I first saw him he was perfectly kind and knowledgeable but his PA was dismissive and glared at me every time I saw her. With the intimate nature of my surgery, I was leafy feeling vulnerable and second class. I went back today to see a new PA and LGBT staff sitting at the front counter. Things like that matter
