I provide gender-affirming and culturally responsive care. I provide individual therapy for adults with issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. Sessions can happen over video, phone, and in-person taking a walk or sitting at a park depending on the location. When working together, we will use somatic, trauma-informed, and cognitive-behavioral therapies as well as mindfulness and yogic techniques to facilitate you on the road to the healthiest version of yourself. We will also explore societal factors that have impacted your well-being.I received my Master’s in Social Work in 2021 from California State University, Los Angeles. I am trained in Community Resiliency Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Arts, Trauma-Informed Care, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Aware, Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Among Older Adults, Creating a Safe Space for LGBTQIA+ Older Adults, Sexual Health and Older Adults, Critical Race Theory, and Cultural Humility.
