I am Dr. Jaclyn Kwal-Rosen, a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at Boca Fertility in Boca Raton, Florida. As a South Florida native, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples build their families through compassionate, evidence-based, and inclusive fertility care. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue parenthood, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, relationship status, or family structure.

As an LGBTQ+ affirming fertility physician, I am committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where every patient feels seen, heard, and supported. I recognize that LGBTQ+ individuals and couples often face unique challenges when navigating reproductive healthcare, including barriers to access, financial considerations, legal complexities, and assumptions about what a family should look like. My goal is to provide individualized care that respects each patient’s identity, values, and personal path to parenthood.

My clinical interests include LGBTQ+ family building, reciprocal IVF (co-IVF), donor sperm and donor egg conception, gestational carrier arrangements, fertility preservation, and assisted reproductive technologies. I work with same-sex couples, transgender and gender-diverse individuals, single parents by choice, and patients pursuing nontraditional paths to parenthood. I am also passionate about helping patients understand their reproductive options, whether they are ready to begin building their families today or simply want to preserve their fertility for the future.

I believe that fertility care should never follow a one-size-fits-all approach. For female same-sex couples, this may include donor sperm insemination, IVF, or reciprocal IVF, allowing one partner to provide the eggs while the other carries the pregnancy. For male same-sex couples, family building may involve egg donation, IVF, and gestational surrogacy. I also provide counseling regarding fertility preservation options for transgender and gender-diverse patients, including discussions surrounding reproductive goals before gender-affirming medical or surgical treatments.

Beyond the medical aspects of fertility treatment, I understand the importance of affirming communication, inclusive language, and creating a clinical environment that recognizes and celebrates diverse families. I strive to ensure that patients and their partners feel equally included in consultations, decision-making, and every milestone of their fertility journey.

My approach to medicine combines advanced reproductive science with personalized, relationship-centered care. I believe that education and open communication are essential to empowering patients to make informed decisions about their reproductive futures.
