I’m out and proud! I am a gay man but also identify as a moderate asexual. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals. My expertise is dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and trauma. I use a mindfulness approach that does include yoga. I am a level 500 certified and registered yoga instructor, including a Reiki Master Teacher.
