Finding the right therapist is about more than credentials—it’s about finding someone you can be yourself with.
I work with thoughtful, curious adults who want more than symptom relief. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of transition: navigating a breakup or divorce, questioning a career path, exploring identity, grieving a loss, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients, creatives, helping professionals, and people who are drawn to self-discovery, spirituality, and living more authentically.
If you’ve spent much of your life taking care of others, second-guessing yourself, hiding parts of who you are, or feeling like you’re never quite enough, you’re not alone. Together we’ll slow down and become curious about the deeper patterns shaping your life—not to judge them, but to understand them. In my experience, insight and self-compassion create more lasting change than self-criticism ever could.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, Jungian psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the practical, non-religious wisdom of Zen meditation. I don’t see therapy as a process of fixing what’s “wrong” with you. I see it as an opportunity to reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been ignored, protected, or pushed aside—and to begin living from a place that feels more honest, connected, and fully your own.
Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or questions of meaning and identity, my hope is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and free to show up exactly as you are.
