I am a queer mental-health therapist with a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. I strive to build safe spaces with my clients where their personal strengths are celebrated. I am passionate about providing trauma-informed care as we are all navigating systems of oppression every day. My training is in systems theory and understanding the profound impact that our environment has on our daily lives. I believe in therapy as a collaboration where we find ways to thrive even as we manage anxiety, depression, chronic illness, grief, and trauma. My experience is with couples and individuals navigating non-monogamy, kink, ADHD, autism, gender transitions, and relational conflict. I take immense joy in my relational work and collaborating with families to create deep authentic connection. I am excited to support LGBTQIA+ youth and their parents as we together navigate complex identities, gender, neurodiversity, and developmental changes. I have been working with LGBTQIA+ couples and families for 2 years under direct supervision, and my experiences continue to grow with the needs of our community. Beyond my degree, I have received training in non-carceral safety planning, perinatal mental health, mono-poly relationships, and ADHD dynamics in relationships.
