As an LGBTQ-affirming advocacy service, I recognize that many people in the LGBTQ+ community have faced discrimination, dismissal, or harm in healthcare settings. Those experiences matter and they shape how I show up for every client I serve. My advocacy approach is built on transparency, education, and empowerment. I take the time to explain medical options, clarify diagnoses, review treatment plans, and walk clients through insurance, referrals, and care coordination so they can make informed decisions with confidence. No question is too small, and no concern is ever dismissed.
My mission is to remove obstacles between people and the care they deserve, whether that means helping navigate a complex diagnosis, advocating during difficult medical conversations, coordinating services, or simply being a steady, informed presence in an overwhelming system. Healthcare should never require you to explain or defend who you are in order to receive quality care.
