I specialize in working with adults to help better manage anxiety, trauma, depression, explore LGBTQIA2S+ identity, relationship issues, and letters for HRT and surgeries. I am a certified EMDR therapist and work from a CBT perspective and have found these theories to be especially useful for gaining new meaning and developing healthy change. I implement EMDR while also working within a sex positive, kink friendly, poly friendly, and nonbinary orientation in order to explore and collaboratively work with you to assist in achieving your goals. Our work together can help to increase your self awareness and identify patterns that can be changed to achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life. Therapy is such a powerful tool that can allow you to learn about yourself in a deeper, more meaningful manner. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
