I have been a therapist for 15 years. I have been in private practice since 2020. Prior to that, I worked in sexual health at an ASO. I worked with PLWHIV, disproportionately people in the 2sLGBTQIA+. I have worked on special projects in my community to better support the community in public mental healthcare. I am a queer woman, having been with my wife for 15 years. The other aspects of my identity that inform practice include; neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD affirming), chronic illness and disease management, and chronic pain. Many of the providers with Effort and Ease have experience working with, are themselves, or have family members in the community.
