Dr. Joe Fields-Johnson is a family physician who completed a training course through the Mayo Clinic in 2021 called Principles in the Care of Transgender and Intersex Patients. He prescribes hormone therapy for adults. He provides comprehensive primary care for transgender and non-binary individuals of all ages. He provides letters of support and referrals for gender affirming surgeries. He follows guidelines and standards by WPATH, UCSF, and TransLine.
We provide inclusive care for the LGBTQI community for all primary care needs. Included in our primary care services, we offer HIV prevention with PrEP and PEP, sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, and pregnancy planning, prevention, and options counseling.
