I am a board-certified colorectal surgeon in Richmond, Virginia, and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. I am dedicated to providing LGBTQ+-affirming, inclusive, and compassionate colorectal care in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free environment. My lived experience, combined with my surgical training, informs a patient-centered approach that prioritizes dignity, trust, and clear communication—especially for sensitive and stigmatized conditions.

I regularly care for LGBTQ+ patients in the Richmond and Central Virginia area and understand the unique barriers many face when seeking preventive and surgical care.
