I am an experienced nurse practitioner with a background in psychiatry, family medicine, and addiction medicine. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults across the spectrum of gender identities and relationship preferences with a collaborative, client-centered approach, and I will work with you to help figure out how to reach your mental health goals.
I have experience working with clients living with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, history of trauma, and substance use issues. I believe that every person requires an individualized plan to help them achieve their goals.
