Hello! I am Juliana Dailey, Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. My clinical interests include women’s mental health, LGBTQIA+ support, trauma and abuse recovery, religious trauma, identity exploration, and disability-related concerns.
I work systemically with you when you are sitting with me, helping you understand how relational patterns, culture, and environment shape the way you experience life. You can expect me to explore not just symptoms, but the deeper roots of the pain you are feeling—whether within the self, family dynamics, or spiritual communities. I am fluent in American Sign Language and moderately proficient in Spanish.
Working from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework, which is rooted in mindfulness and intentionality, I can help you live the life you want to choose instead of feeling pulled by overwhelming feelings. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR to process acute, chronic, developmental, attachment, or religious trauma.
Carl Rogers has said “The curious paradox is when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Your ability to heal relies on feeling seen and understood by your therapist, which is what I strive to do. I welcome you to reach out to see if we might be a good match.
