I have taken a number of trainings in LBGTQ+ treatment. I have experience working with a diverse population, including polyamorous clients. While he was growing up, my younger spawn’s best friend was (and still is) a trans boy. One of my children is trans, and the other is marrying a trans man. We are a very affirming family! Also Christian, which some people completely don’t get, but I find is important to say because so many “christian” churches have betrayed God’s children with some messed up theology. I work with clients who are Christian, atheist, agnostic, Jewish, wiccan, or none of the above and respect everyone’s right to choose who and how they love.
