Kate Wukasch Kollman, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC (she/her) is a dedicated nurse practitioner and educator committed to advancing inclusive, evidence-based healthcare. With a passion for serving underserved communities, Kate specializes in primary care, informatics, and interprofessional collaboration to improve patient outcomes. She has been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which supports patients in navigating challenging communication and emotional regulation. With a background in treating eating disorders, she emphasizes a team-based, holistic approach to care, recognizing the complexity of these conditions. A strong advocate for LGBTQ+ health equity, Kate works to create safe, affirming spaces for all patients. An experienced leader in nursing organizations, she also teaches at IU Indianapolis, shaping the next generation of healthcare providers.
