I understand the exhaustion that comes from trying to fit into a world that wasn’t necessarily designed for your identity. You’ve probably spent years being told to change many behaviors to fit more appropriately into systems that weren’t built with diverse needs in mind. School and work environments that lack support for natural learning styles, being safely and freely yourself often feel like they come at a cost, and the constant need to mask or perform to fit in are just the beginning of these challenges. This is true for anyone who has to navigate the complexities of gender identity, sexual orientation, or other aspects of identity that don’t fit traditional expectations. These negative experiences are all valid. And they deserve compassionate support, not dismissal. The pain of feeling like an outsider in your own life experience is real, and it’s not your fault. Your experiences matter, your beliefs matter, and everyone deserves care that honors who you truly are—in all your beautiful complexity and authenticity. I primarily provide support for neurodivergent minds, specifically anyone who knows or suspects they’re autistic or have ADHD. However, I strongly support any and all identities, orientations, and preferences, and truly believe you can only receive adequate therapy if you feel safe sharing your entire self throughout the experience.
