Kayli Krasnow, the founder of Hi, Finch, brings a wealth of experience and a unique, compassionate approach to her work as a healthcare provider. Kayli earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her background is as diverse as it is impressive, spanning roles in transplant immunology research, teaching elementary school science, working as a cardio-pulmonary ICU nurse, and practicing as a family nurse practitioner.

Kayli’s practice melds her creativity, love of education, and dedication to medicine, all of which shine through in her work as an aesthetic provider. She is deeply committed to offering inclusive care and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for patients of all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. At Hi, Finch, Kayli’s goal is to help each patient feel comfortable and valued, ensuring a friendly and supportive space for all.

Outside of her professional life, Kayli is an Ironman triathlete and ultramarathoner. She enjoys training alongside her husband, Chad, and their dog, Sunny. Through her work, Kayli inspires a balance of health, wellness, and individuality for each patient.
