I’m a counseling intern who cares deeply about helping people feel understood, supported, and less alone in what they’re going through. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals and parents of LGBTQ+ youth. I love helping men navigate identity, relationships, and the ups and downs that come with life transitions.

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in curiosity. I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy; instead, we figure out what works best for you together. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are, explore what’s on your mind, and move toward the kind of life and relationships you want.
