Hello! Thank you for taking a look through my profile. I am proud of you for taking the time to care for yourself by seeking a therapist! I understand how daunting it may be to search for a provider who checks all of your boxes and feels like the “right fit.” I hope to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe space for you to engage with therapy for the first time, try therapy again after a previous poor experience, or to simply create and maintain a healthy relationship with yourself and others.

I specialize in adult individual therapy, with a specific focus on substance use, religious trauma, perinatal mental health, chronic depression, anxiety disorders, and other mood disorders. I have experience working with the unhoused and individuals in addiction recovery, leading allyship trainings for service professionals, serving survivors of sexual violence, and conducting international research on the impact of religion on the LGBTQIA+ community. Additionally, I am experienced in supporting parents in their perinatal and postpartum journeys through birth support as a doula and therapeutically in an intensive outpatient setting.

As a queer-identifying woman, I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ population and creating space for all to feel and empower themselves through the many joys and sorrows that the world ultimately hands us. With a focus on self-acceptance and identity exploration, I use evidence-based treatment modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Somatics to support clients in identity development, self-acceptance, and processing life events.
