I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who specializes in diagnosing and treating mental health issues across the lifespan. Many health care organizations in Indiana fail to provide their staff with adequate training regarding LGBTQ-specific health disparities, sources of systemic oppression, proper terminology, and effects of living in a predominantly heteronormative society. I am passionate about creating a positive experience for members of the LGBTQ community that is centered around trust, mutual respect, and kindness.
