My aspiration is that therapy is affordable and affirming to all populations whether gender diverse, culturally diverse, or neurodivergent. As a gender queer, pansexual, and poly person myself, I understand how difficult it is to find providers who have a grasp of most (if not all) of my identities and how that impacts my day to day life. It’s especially difficult when social and legal forces conspire to erase these identities.
I understand that many of us have to contend with both internal and external forces that keep us stuck and helpless. I see my work with clients as an opportunity to understand where those stuck points are and to help you find ways to remove those obstacles when possible. I believe that this can only be done with community support and that therapy is one piece of that puzzle.
