I’m a whole-person oriented family doctor, mom to two boys, and my passion is to partner with my patients to get to the root of any problem to the best of my ability. My mission as a doctor is to partner with patients of all walks of life in trusting, long-term relationships in order to offer outstanding, compassionate, and accessible primary care in a safe and healing atmosphere that is inspired by our community’s needs and desires. In that capacity, I have the honor of working with people of in our vibrant LGBTQ+ community, including working to provide gender affirming care. I have experience with exploring, initiating and continuing FTM care, and I continue to seek out any professional learning/CME to increase my capacity to provide a wider spectrum of gender affirming care. Because of my willingness to listen, partner with and learn from my patients, I can create opportunities locally for care that might not otherwise be readily available.

As a direct primary care doctor, I am NOT restricted by insurance barriers to care, and all the care I facilitate outside my practice (prescriptions, referrals, testing) is all billed to a person’s insurance as usual. I do engage with insurance insofar as prior authorizations and diagnosis codes are required to get the care my patients need. Other than that, I am free from the assembly-line model of medicine and instead savor my genuine, long-term relationships with my patients.
