Mads might be the therapist for you! They have immediate openings for individual therapy and assessments for gender affirming care!

Mads (they/them) is a Licensed Professional Counselor-in-Training who focuses on creating a collaborative, affirming space where clients can bring their entire, authentic selves without the pressure to explain, justify, or hide who they are. They partner with clients to explore the experiences that have shaped them, focusing on building self-compassion, connection, and confidence. Mads trusts their clients as the ultimate experts of their own lives, viewing therapy as a safe space to explore, grow, and try new things. They specialize in working with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, transgender/gender nonconforming, polyamorous individuals, and students. I also offer letters of support for gender affirming care!

Mads is passionate about supporting clients who are navigating identity development, exploring relationship dynamics, healing from trauma, and managing the overwhelming stressors of daily life. They integrate anti-oppressive, sex-positive, kink-friendly, and feminist lenses into their clinical practice. Mads loves working with neurodivergent folks, with or without an official diagnosis. They blend deep self-exploration with practical coping skills to help clients improve their relationships, process past wounds, and build on the strengths they already carry. As a queer, trans-nonbinary, and neurodivergent clinician, Mads understands firsthand how transformative it is to feel truly seen and understood. They look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward a more fulfilling life.

Clients must be physically located in Wisconsin at the time of the session. Mads is in network with Dean Health Plan (commercial and Badgercare), Quartz (Badgercare only), and straight Badgercare/Medicaid (also known as Medicaid without HMO).
