I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of nursing experience across outpatient specialty clinics, hospital medicine, and primary care. My practice philosophy centers on providing affirming, trauma-informed, and equity-driven healthcare for individuals and families across the lifespan.

My professional background includes extensive experience in pediatric endocrinology, adolescent medicine, urgent care, and family practice. I am passionate about creating safe and inclusive clinical spaces where LGBTQIA+ patients feel seen, respected, and supported in every aspect of their health journey. I provide gender-affirming primary care, sexual and reproductive health services, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management tailored to each patient’s goals and identity.

As an ally and advocate, I have participated in hospital-based inclusion initiatives such as the Children’s Hospital Colorado Spectrum ALLYance and community Pride-month wellness events promoting visibility, education, and LGBTQ+ youth support. I pursue continuing education in gender-affirming care, adolescent sexual health, and trauma-informed practice, and actively integrate evidence-based guidance from WPATH, the Endocrine Society, and the CDC into my clinical approach.

I am committed to whole-person wellness—recognizing the intersection of physical, mental, and social health—and to advancing access to affirming healthcare in both clinical and community settings. My goal is to provide compassionate, competent care that empowers patients to thrive as their authentic selves.

Clinical interests include: gender-affirming hormone therapy, menstrual and reproductive care for trans and nonbinary patients, adolescent mental health, preventive medicine, and integrative lifestyle approaches to chronic disease.
