Life isn’t supposed to feel this hard. Yet here you are, burned out and exhausted from trying to keep up. If you’re queer, trans, neurodivergent—or all three—you’ve probably spent a lifetime trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for you. You’ve been handed impossible rules, measured by standards that never fit your brain, your body, or your truth. You’ve spent your whole life being told you’re “too much,” “not enough,” or just “wrong.” On top of everything, the world feels like it’s falling apart, and every news cycle brings new attacks on your sexuality, gender identity, or neurotype.
Here’s the truth: you were never the problem. You are not broken; you’ve just been surviving in impossible conditions. I help LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients understand their experiences in context, build self-compassion, and create lives that truly fit them.
I’m a queer AuDHDer therapist who’s been there. I have experience supporting burnout, identity exploration, chronic illness, and complex trauma (like childhood, relationship, or religious abuse). I also offer Brainspotting. My practice is kink-aware, sex-positive, and poly-aware—a space to take off the mask, exhale, and finally feel at home in yourself.
55 minute sessions: $100. I don’t accept insurance but I do have sliding scale spots.
I’m a member of the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom and regularly participate in trainings and continuing education about topics affecting the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community. Some of the trainings I’ve completed include WPATH SOC 8 letter writing, LGBTQ+ Autistic affirming therapy, Shame resilience and trans liberation, Gender dysphoria to gender euphoria, Gender minority stress and resilience, and Neuroqueer identities.
