With my clinical expertise and lived experiences as member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the unique challenges faced by those exploring neurodiversity, sexuality and mental health challenges. In my office, healing happens at your own pace, guided by your unique needs, life experiences and therapeutic goals. Emphasis is placed on developing practical coping tools, building communication skills, and deepening your self-understanding.
