I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing psychotherapy for over a decade. I have diverse experience in the field of behavioral health and homelessness services working in various capacities as a policy maker, leader, and advocate. In conjunction with my macro-level work I operate a small private practice and serve folx living across the Midwest as I am licensed in several states.

I received my clinical education and Master’s Degree from New York University and conducted my clinical training at two distinct LGBTQ+ organizations in New York City. I furthered my clinical training through working as an adult therapist at an outpatient mental health facility in Northern Illinois. After earning my ability to practice independently I sought out an opportunity in the City of Chicago at a small clinical practice which allowed me to begin focusing my work within the LGBTQ+ community.

Today, I primarily support a diverse population of clients with a focus on LGBTQ+ competent care supporting individuals navigate internalized homophobia, conflicts with living in a heteronormative culture, and grief and loss related to estrangement with family.
