I’m a queer, trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist based in Philadelphia, and I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ adults and couples navigating identity, trauma, and relational challenges. I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy for clients who are seeking a space to feel seen, affirmed, and supported without having to over-explain who they are.
My practice centers queer and trans experiences, and I hold an intersectional, feminist, and anti-oppressive lens in the therapy room. I approach mental health as deeply connected to our relationships, identities, and environments — not just something that lives inside the brain. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, complex trauma, attachment wounds, body image concerns, codependency, and experiences related to being queer in systems that weren’t built for us.
I have pursued extensive LGBTQ+ specific education and trainings including coursework in gender-affirming care, trauma-informed practices for trans and nonbinary clients, and culturally responsive therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals. I have experience writing gender-affirming letters for HRT and surgery following WPATH v8 guidelines, and I work with clients at all stages of exploration with their gender or sexuality.
As a queer clinician myself, I deeply value the power of shared language, community, and co-created space in therapy. My practice motto is “Come as you are, we will meet you there” – because I believe everyone deserves access to care that honors their whole self.
