My goal as a professional counselor is to provide both equitable and inclusive services to each of my clients. I prioritize acknowledging and respecting each client’s held identities and I continue to educate myself in order to maintain a sufficient level of multicultural understanding. I hold the belief that we all are the experts on our own lives and believe that the change process is something we both go through together.
As a white, currently able bodied, cisgender female I am committed to owning and acknowledging my privileges and am passionate about dismantling white supremacy in both my personal and professional life. I am LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC affirming and knowledgeable. Lastly, I believe everyone has the right to affordable mental health services, that is why I do my best to offer sliding scale options, when available, to those in need.
