I also support individuals facing substance use or recovery—whether it’s their own journey or that of a loved one. As a clinically trained therapist, I draw on evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), prolonged exposure, and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) to support meaningful, lasting change. My style is warm, collaborative, and centered on helping you feel truly seen and supported. As a gay provider, I’m deeply committed to working with the LGBTQ+ community—not only because I’m part of it, but because I understand how powerful affirming, culturally aware care can be.
