After two decades in the corporate tech world, I reached a point where the work no longer felt meaningful. I felt disconnected—like I was pouring energy into something that didn’t reflect who I am or the kind of impact I wanted to make. In 2023, I made a major life shift into massage therapy and founded Full Spectrum Healing LTD—my private practice and a space I created with intention.

Whether you’re queer, trans, nonbinary, or simply seeking care from someone who respects your identity, you are welcome here. No judgment, no assumptions—just thoughtful, respectful, individualized care.

I specialize in therapeutic massage with a focus on individual wellness, recovery, lymphatic drainage, and supporting active lifestyles. I’m a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and as someone who hikes, bikes, and backpacks regularly, I bring a deep respect for what our bodies can do—and how much support they sometimes need.

I proudly serve South Denver, the Denver Tech Center (DTC), Southmoor Park, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Centennial, and surrounding neighborhoods. In-office and mobile massage options are available.
