As a neurodivergent queer therapist and resident in counseling, with training in trauma-informed art therapy, somatic approaches, and energy healing, I draw from a holistic, integrative toolkit to support the way your brain and body move through the world. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in schools, community programs, and outpatient settings, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma, especially in women, girls, and LGBTQ+ individuals whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood. My approach is collaborative, curious, and adaptive; I believe therapy should flex to meet you, not the other way around. Together, we slow down, notice what feels tender or tangled, and use creative, somatic, and person-centered tools to build insight, self-trust, and regulation. Whether we’re using art, movement, metaphor, or grounding practices, my goal is to help you find clarity, connection, and strategies that actually fit your life.
