Hi, I’m Sierra (she/her)!
I help queer, neurodivergent people-pleasers swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love. As a lesbian woman with ADHD raised in the Bible Belt, I know what it’s like to feel both “too much” and “not enough” all at once.
In my youth, I was the one holding space for everyone else. I became a chronic rescuer, fearful people would leave me if they didn’t need me. I poured myself into caretaking, not realizing how much I was neglecting my own needs and well-being.
Through therapy, shadow work, and self-reflection, I now have relationships that can hold space for both my loved ones and myself. I give myself permission to step away from spaces that no longer serve me rather than linger out of fear or obligation.
Therapy isn’t a “quick fix” because you’re not broken. Think of it more like a continuous homecoming.
My approach is holistic and integrative, combining life-pattern exploration, emotional regulation strategies, and geek therapy — using pop culture, gaming, and storytelling to explore identity, boundaries, and self-compassion.
Whether you’re navigating neurodivergence, queer identity, Imposter Syndrome, chronic overthinking, or burnout from people-pleasing, I’m here to support you.
Together, we’ll untangle internalized “shoulds,” reconnect you with your internal compass, and build something softer, freer, and more sustainable.
I also bring a socially-conscious, anti-racist, and decolonized lens to therapy, honoring the impact of systemic oppression, cultural trauma, and lived experience in shaping how we show up in the world.
This is your invitation to come as you are, messy parts and all, and explore self-compassion, authenticity, and personal growth in a space that sees and values you.
Every “should” you obey costs you the life you could have been making.
Don’t wait to start reclaiming your time, energy, and peace!
Your softer, freer life can begin today.
