I grew up in the bay area around San Francisco. Our facility is one place you can guarantee equal treatment regardless of sexuality. While this should be a common standard, in Utah -especially Utah County- is a very conservative and heavily religious area, where discrimination based on gender or theological beliefs is unfortunately fairly common.
Our staff includes LGBTQ+ individuals as well as regularly including a diverse range of personalities & races. This is a difficult accomplishment as we are based in a town over 93% Christian and 91% Caucasian.
