I’m Dr. Quoc Huynh (he/him), a licensed Acupuncture Physician and owner of Wholistic Health, a solo practice in Ocoee, Florida. As a first-generation Vietnamese-American and queer healthcare provider, I understand the importance of culturally competent, trauma-informed, and affirming care—especially for LGBTQ+ individuals who have historically been underserved or marginalized in medical settings.
At Wholistic Health, I provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for patients of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and lived experiences. My approach is rooted in the healing principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, blending evidence-based treatments with a personalized, holistic philosophy of care. I specialize in acupuncture for chronic pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia, reproductive and hormonal support, digestive concerns, immune health, and more. I am also proud to offer facial rejuvenation services, including cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling, as part of my commitment to integrative health and self-confidence.
I’m especially passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community with sensitivity and respect. My clinical experience includes working with queer and trans patients seeking support for issues like gender-affirming transition care (e.g., managing hormonal side effects), anxiety and trauma from past medical discrimination, and chronic conditions impacted by stress and dysregulation. I continually pursue continuing education in LGBTQ+ inclusive healthcare practices and am a proud member of FSOMA (Florida State Oriental Medicine Association).
I also advocate for integrative health research that includes LGBTQ+ populations and am particularly interested in studying acupuncture’s impact on immune function, especially in people living with HIV. I am credentialed with the VA as a Community Care Provider and am working toward expanding access to acupuncture for underserved populations, including queer veterans and low-income communities.
My goal is to ensure every patient who walks through my door feels seen, respected, and supported on their healing journey. I believe in treating the whole person—not just the symptoms—and I’m committed to being a provider you can trust.
